Apiary Meeting, Garden Organic, Ryton. All members and beginners welcome. The objective of this practical session is to help beginners gain experience of handling bees.

Today and every Wednesday throughout the Summer at the Branch Apiary, Malvern Park, Solihull. Visitors welcome and protective clothing available.

10th National Honey Week - Newlands Garden Centre near Middleton

Sutton Coldfield Beekeepers will be there between 10:00 - 16:00 chatting about all things bees and talking to the public. We will have the observation hive with us full of bees.

Dave Bonner will demonstrate this method of comb change which also greatly reduces the varroa population. It is the perfect time of the beekeeping season to use this method

Weekly inspection with beginners in mind.
